How I work a case
A small firm means fewer hand-offs and more attention on the details that move a case.

The lawyer stays involved
Staff help with records and scheduling, but the legal judgment on your case comes from your attorney: what the claim is worth, when to negotiate, and when to file suit.
What happens behind the scenes
- Notice letters to every insurer involved, including yours
- Requests for police reports, video and witness information
- Medical records and bills gathered and organized
- A demand package that tells your story with evidence
When a case needs court
Most cases settle. When an insurer won’t be fair, filing a lawsuit may be the next step, and I’ll explain what that means for you before anything is filed.
Talk to the attorney, not a call center.
